ASPEX is an Application Service Provider (ASP). This means that they make software available over the Internet. So software users no longer have to install software on their computers. They don't even need to buy any software. A monthly software subscription is all they need. Server maintenance, networks, back-ups, etc., are all taken care of by ASPEX. The company was set up in 2002 as a division of the Human Resources provider, SD Worx. They ensured that all the HR software that SD Worx needed could be used online. And they still do so today: ASPEX hosts the salary data of around 1 million employees.
